- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

- If we have received the payment, and you want to cancel the booking before 1 x 24 hours will be charge 50% from the total price of the booking.
- Free cancellation fee if you want to cancel the booking up to 2 days in advance the activity date ( Tax refunds money will be charged according your bank policy )
- Cancellation on the day on arrival will be charged 100% of the total price of the booking.
- No-Show Fee of 100% from TOTAL Tour Price will be charged if it is not present on the confirmed date

How do I get and use the voucher?

This was one of the highlights of my time in Bali! Almost booked it a second time it was so fun. It appears to be one of the longer rafting tours (you’ll pass other companies further down the river) so it’s definitely worth the money. If you want to buy pictures or videos at the end, be prepared to spend an extra $30 USD
