What is your cancellation policy?
- If we have received the payment, and you want to cancel the booking before 1 x 24 hours will be charge 50% from the total price of the booking.
- Free cancellation fee if you want to cancel the booking up to 2 days in advance the activity date ( Tax refunds money will be charged according your bank policy )
- Cancellation on the day on arrival will be charged 100% of the total price of the booking.
- No-Show Fee of 100% from TOTAL Tour Price will be charged if it is not present on the confirmed date
How do I get and use the voucher?
- For every successful order transaction, the user/buyer will receive a voucher and proof of payment via email. The voucher is proof of a valid transaction. The email may end up in your spam box, please check your spam box.
- If an email lands in your spam box, please mark it as Not Spam for your future benefit. If you do not receive your voucher, please contact us at baliadventurs@gmail.com
- Users/buyers must print the voucher or save the voucher on their gadget (e-voucher) because the user must show it to Bali Adventure staff and vendors. Users should contact us at baliadventurs@gmail.com, if the staff refuses to provide the service so that we can resolve it immediately.
- Voucher use must be in accordance with Bali Adventur’s terms and conditions and the vendor’s terms and conditions listed. Registered vendors are sellers who provide products and/or services.
- The Voucher is Valid for the above mentioned date or Change the date have to approval from Bali Adventur
- Bali Adventur is entitled to ask additional change of products and or service that are excluded from products and or service that have been mention on voucher
